Ronald McDonald's twin brother's name is Bruce. They're fraternal twins and Bruce is a systems analyst in New Jersey. The brothers haven't spoken in decades dating back to an ugly incedent at a Thanksgiving dinner where Ronald got drunk and tried to put diapers on the the turkey. It would probably have blown over if he'd used a clean diaper.
