Try flattening them out between the washer & dryer time. Otherwise you can either press them or let them air dry. I avoid pants with pocket flaps and tops with flat lace for that reason... they never look as nice as they do at the store without investing some time with an iron.

Can try ironing them down....or even stitch them down from the inside.....try velcro strips.
Most times I have seen this it is do to the pants being so tight the flap extend with what part of material can move.

dont dry them.
thats what curls them up.
wash them, in cold water..
because hot will curl them alittle,
then hang dry them somewhere,
thats not hot, but not cold.
