First: see a bankruptcy lawyer.
2nd: Go see the people who are suing you, and explain your situation, explain that they will leave you no choice but to file bankruptcy - it is very possible they will talk down their demands - drastically (better to be paid in part than not at all) - but have their change in demands signed with witnesses, preferably a layer or notary.
Finally, if this does not work, go ahead and file bankruptcy - after you have done all you can to repay any personal debts you might have to innocent people who might be financially hurt by your bankruptcy

You can call them and make a payment plan that you can live with. Point out that you have been making payments that have been accepted and suing you isnt gonna get any more out of you any faster.
