theres a TV show call bullsh*t by Penn & Teller on Showtime. Excellent show I must say.
As far as I know, they are allowed to.
The Goldengirls used the word b*tch in one of their episodes and it wasnt censored.

Not sure . TV today is mostly crap anyway. I don't see why they wouldn't.TV today is a hundred times worse than it was when I was a kid.
