That depends - I think that there are some really beautiful tall blondes but most tall women that are considered hot are too thin in my opinion. The risk of petite women is that they have less body to spread the fat around so they run the risk of being a little heavier. So all in all I think it's contextual however, I'd have to go with petite brunette like Kelly Monaco!
