try a new FP relay

if nothing then it could be the wiring plug for the FP, some were known to melt

you could tell if its melted by looking at it,

they melted due to not being a tight fit, and that means resistance which means heat and therefore melts,

there is a bulletin about it for some models and years

if you cant hear the pump pumping up for a few seconds when you turn the key all the way on just before crank then try another FP relay though and also make sure theres no fuse for the FP in the fuse panel, sometimes there is and sometimes theres not

When you swapped out the fuel pump, did you happen to redo the connecto that goes to the pump. If not, there is a service bulletin for that. Also, check the relays for the fuel pump relay. Sometimes they can go bad too. Also did you change the filter while you did the fuel pump. A note, is to change the outside filter when changing the fuel pump. Good luck.
