Impotent means sexually incompetent.You cannot raise the dick and engage in sexual intercourse.But donot loose hope.First the reason for impotency has to be found out and treatment should be taken.Many times small malfuntion of nerves etc result in such a situation.In certain cases you may be able have sex but cannot produce offspring due to lack of sperm count.But donot loose hope,Consult a sexologist/specialist/infertility clinic and follow their advise.Success is yours.
