I manage 5 females. One is 19, one is 22, and the other three are 40-something. I'm looking for something nice but not very expensive. Any suggestions?

I don't own a company or anything like that. I get paid by the hour just like they do. Bonus checks or huge sums of money are out! I tell them," Thank you" and all that good stuff, every day. I'd just like to give a small gift to show my appreciation for their help.

Bath & body items......most women love these types of things, but will never buy them for themselves.
Gift certificates for Starbucks are always nice......if they drink coffee.
Candles.

how about a "work survival kit" or something of that sort that has things like chocolate for those stressfull days or tylonol or midol (haha)
depending what you manage, put together a little kit of travel size things that could help them get through their day.
just a suggestion :)

a lot of people like gift cards. you can also treat them to a fancy restaurant. or, you can purchase personalized mugs, ornaments, or christamsy things.

gift cards....gift baskets....but yeah gift cards are always the best way to go. gift cards to a salon or day spa.
