The folks at the Pentagon no longer let me sit in on the intelligence briefings. I do know that Iraq did not cause 911, and nobody in the government has ever said it did. I don't know where this inaccurate info came from . Why would you think you would be in the loop in regards to the status on bin laden? Don't you think that the fewer the people know what's going on, the better chances we have in catching him off guard?

We have a nitwit president whose inner neocon circle acted as enablers after 9/11. Bush was humiliated by being caught off guard and wanted to extract revenge on the Arab world. Not content to have access to oil, and experiment with creating a US friendly puppet government , the neocons wanted to reshape the world ( or that part of it ), to the benefits of a number of vested interests. They dangerously miscalculated. Our campaign in Iraq " died of a theory " to paraphrase Jefferson Davis.
Bin Laden is now a sideshow of lesser importance.
I can't for a minute believe any of the drivel from the thugs in the Bush administration as to why we are there. They had their own reasons.

America could not care less about the Iraqi people. They're just an excuse to have military bases on top of all that oil. Then America can quietly continue to suck their oil dry, while all the news is about those terrorists. Talk about terrorizing a small, weak country, ha, America is writing the book. America will never leave, until the oil runs out. There will always be an excuse to stay.

In the Middle East there are two main branches of Islam, Sunni and Shiia. Saudi Arabia is the leader in Sunni type, but it has it's own spin:Wahhabiism, which is very conservative and is very Jihad oriented. It's where Osama grew up and where he got his ideas. Then there is the Shiite population. They are spread around, and the head of that group used to be in Iraq, until Iran's Ayatollah Khomeini returned and led a revolution. Now it's centered in Iran, but some still follow Ayatollah Sistani in Iraq. Iran is trying to dominate the area . Iran declared was on the US in 1983.
Iraq is on one side of Iran and Afghanistan is on the other. There are reasons for our being involved in Iraq that are seldom to never mentioned on the news. the Middle East is in turmoil, which isn't so bad for the West, because otherwise they would be bombing us and trying to other throw not only our government but our way of life
Osama may be in Pakistan or Iran. Al Qaida is many places and doesn't need Osama to tell them what to do.
You have to take time and attention and learn what's going on, not just react to the crap on TV.

I have been waiting for this question.2 years before the end of the Clinton administration. The department of state came up with A LONG TERM PLAN TO ISOLATE IRAN.The United States would build an axis of nations to build pressure on Iran and bottle it up.
The US would get Turkey to Establish relationship With Israel and form a military alliance. Then they will force a Change of government in Iraq and install a puppet regime that will establish relations with Israel.Unfortunately this plan is not going too well.you see,Iran is the ultimate goal. For this so many have to die.

it seems that those that say "have you forgotten 9-11?"... often used when talking about Iraq...
actually forgot about what the actual facts were about 9-11...
it would be funny if it wasn't so tragic
