Inner conflict between what someone knows to be morally right and wrong. A person who struggles with an overbearing internal obsessive impulse to act out against societal moral code. In turn, their mind will rationalize the behavior as to alieve any form of guilt in their adverse actions against a child. Viewing photography of children in porn is to exploit that child, to condone the actions of those who produce this media. Usually, this type of behavior will escalate over a period of time until actual action that results with a child being sexually molested or worse, raped will occur.

There are such strong societal prohibitions against child porn, that someone with such an interest would have to be in major denial or deluded to not feel that there was something wrong with them. The fact that you have to say that you don't want negative reactions illustrates this. When people are made to feel that they are abnormal, they begin to question whether or not they should live. There is absolutely nothing redeeming about child porn, so this would be probably one of the few nearly universally condemned interests (only others with the same interest would condone it, and even many of them would not.) Shame is powerful.

What are you referring to?

I don't think it's the porn that make you suicidal.
It's the guilt from being caught and your dirty secret being revealed to all your friends and neighbors.
They all think you're the lowest form of human.
No one wants to talk to you.
They'll label you a pedophile even if all you did was look at the kiddy porn.
You can't use the same phony "nice guy" personality anymore so it becomes an identity crisis.
It sounds negative because it is.
Adult porn doesn't make you a sex offender.
I don't know why anyone would be so stupid.

Too bad if you don't want a negative reaction. If you're interested in child porn, then being suicidal is a good thing. Just make sure it's only you who goes, and not an innocent child.

The guilt may cause feelings/thoughts of extreme unworthiness. Usually there is an underlying motive that makes one do things like this and/or others that are illegal or immoral.

Perhaps. They could feel bad about their interest and being to loath themselves/their life. Thus wanting to end it.
