Try the Love Poems by Nikki Giovanni. That is if you want something more modern. You can read most of them on her website or actually there are so many sites with her poems on them so any of these would be helpful.

Elizabeth Barret Browning has a few really good ones and try e.e. cummings "anyone lived in a pretty how town" It's probably one of my favorite love poems.
