ohh my god. everyone here is just being rude. here-
Makeup- black eyeliner. trace the rims of your eyes, then just outside the rims. Get a black or grey eyeshadow and go over to make it look smudged. get an eyelash curler and some black mascara and apply that. Then get a light foundation and apply it all over. next, get a light-pink blush and apply it to the apples of your cheeks.
hair- wash your hair and apply frizz-ease. then blow-dry it straight. straighten your hair, then if you're wearing it down apply some palmade or gel randomly and twist sections of hair to make it look messy. if you're wearing it up, try a messy bun.
hmm. clothing... I guess get some tight jeans and small t-shirts, preferably in black. buy a black studded belt and some black boots that go up to your knees.. get a ripped up mini.. there.

well, basically, what celebrities do is we dont know. but i have tried many times to do hair like them or makeup,like hilary duff or marykate and ashley, lindsay lohan and anne hataway or.....but what i noticed is they just put a foundation and an eyemakeup and usually a lipgloss coz it is much better than lipstick.they dont use much blush .use some shimmer too!

I agree with the steps a outlined above - but I'd also have to add abstaining from showering. Having greasy hair should do the trick. Also don't wash your face and just let the eyeliner pile up.

Well it should be pretty obvious if you've seen the movie.
1) Buy slutty clothes
2) Buy cheap black eyeliner, and apply heavily
3) Wear your hair long and straight
Ta-Da you look like a tramp....

have a grunge look (like in the 90s) very emo/goth and where eyeliner and nothing else. good luck.

i've seen the movie but im not sure bout the makeup and hair and everything parts of the movie r VERY weird but its ok

sorry but we cant give you advice unless we tell you your going to look like a skank. which you will. but i guess you want to so HAVE AT IT GIRLY! just get some black liner, apply thickly, but about a bottle of hair gel in your hair, buy some slut clothes and presto... welcome to slutville
