Okay, even though I went shopping during Black Friday, I didn't get to buy everything that I needed. Is there another day before christmas where there are a lot of low prices+sales+discounts similar to on Black Friday? or will I have to wait until next year?

First of all, I have not heard about Red Wednesday either. I even did a search on it and nothing relevant to sales came up. So to answer your other question, there will be good deals throughout the holiday shopping season, just be on the lookout for them. But if you’re referring to the extra good deals, then yeah, you would have to wait until next year’s Black Friday. If you’re still looking for gifts for yourself after Christmas, then there is another big sale simply called “The After Christmas Sale” starting 26DEC, day after Christmas! Although, it is a somewhat different sale in that you might not receive the same/similar deal for the “hot” items…it won’t be as cheap as it was for Black Friday. Anyway, happy shopping for the rest of the holiday season!!

While everyone talks about Black Friday, the real deals come on Red Wednesday, the Wednesday before Xmas when the retailers make their final sales projections and try to push extra inventory.

It is on from here on until Christmas Eve. Most stores like Wal-mart, Kmart, Target, in my area, are open 24-7, so should I find something I need after this I will go out at night to shop, it is different and a lot prettier than in the day.

The wednesday before is the best! That's when I usually go for myself. I didn't know it had a name though. Also, if you have a difficult time finding a toy before christmas try Toys R Us on Christmas eve. Most get last minute shippments in the early morning and stuff goes out at around 11.

the answer is simple - convert to Orthodox Christianity! By the time our Christmas rolls around in January, everything is on sale!

try the wednesday before christmas., red wednesday is when the stores try to get rid of everything so that they can pull in more stock for christmas.
