If he bothers you that much just ignore him. Why on earth would you want to hurt someone based on their opinions no matter just how insulting or ignorant they are. Wanting to hurt him makes you just as ingnorant. Not to mention it's just not worth getting yourself in trouble!

Don't kill him, cause then you go to prision for a long time, but you could beat the he!! out of him and make him wsh that he was dead, then tell them it was self defense that he was threatening to shoot you.
