SILVERSTANG has it right. Open the hood, and look at the top of the headlamp assembly. You will see two pins, bent at 90° at the top. Twist the pin out of its retainer, and lift it out. Do the same with the other.
Be careful not to drop the housing or damage the wires.
When replacing the capsule, be careful not to touch the glass with anything but CLEAN and DRY OIL-FREE tissue. The class will be damaged by the intense heat if there is ANY finger oil on the capsule.

Good Luck

sorry but the pins are not the answer. On the passenger side if you have small enough hands you can however take the lid off of the air filter box and take the filter out then you might be able to reach it. But I personally like taking the grill off it is easier even though it sounds hard. The grill has no screws holding it on all you do is start at one corner and pull lightly until it unclips and then do that all along the grill until it is off. Then yes you will have 2 pins to take out. Take out the pins and the whole assembly will come out. Just remember that if you are taking screws out to get out the grill you are doing it swrong. I cant remember exactly how many clips there are I think around 6 but it just snappes on and off.

I've seen similar trucks, that have pins that hold the whole headlight assembly in place. Pull the pins from the top, then the lights come right out. Good luck.

Are you sure you have sealed beams; not halogen bulbs? If its sealed beams the grill has to be partialy removed enough to get at the little screws. The bulbs can be gotten to fr. the inside.
