I really love this girl that im with and we just started dating this week. Her period also started this week and is having very bad cramps. She has been sick before and i got her chocolates and a card. Does anyone have an idea of somthing i can do to show my love for her?

How sweet! Well, dark chocolate is best, lots of water, hot green teas, massages, heating pad for the stomach, and back, let her detressed, midol for cramps and headaches, and pms, veggies, and fruits, increased on red meat and protein, stretches, pep music, She can do for herself, but the massage you can do, rub her back, don't push for goiong out, watch a movie and popcorn and have a in night time.
Hope this help. Will you go get her so female stuff at the store when she is out of them or not able to shop? My husband did, and it really makes a big difference of the trust issue.

I get this real bad too and end up crying on the floor and my boyfriend is an angel when i get this.
The best thing you can do for her is to run her a nice hot bubble bath and put some candles around the bath to relax her a little and when she gets out give a hot water bottle to put around her tummy as the heat will ease the pain alot.
Just make sure you give her lots of cuddles and kissed on her forehead and cheeks as i feel this shows a real sign of affection and love. My partner always does that to me and when he does for some reason it makes me really feel like he loves and me and just feels so affectionate. You could also rub her tummy gently for her.
But to be honest i think the fact that you have posted this question on yahoo is enough to show her that you love her because even afer a week you are trying to find a way to make her feel better and asking how you can show her that you love her when she needs it the most.
Your a role model to men and a true diamond. your girlfriend is very lucky to have found a man that is so caring as you.

How nice of you! Remember that if she snaps at you it isn't your fault, it just is so terrible for her. A gentle massage, if she wants one, a casual stroll in the fresh air can help cramps, something like a good DVD to watch. Or, sadly if she's anything like me, she may want to creep off and quietly sulk on her own for a day or two, be there for her afterwards with your normal kind personality and don't take it as a snub. I'm sure that you're the kind of person that'll give her what she needs to feel better fast, even if it is just pain killers, that's why she chose you. (Have you got a brother?)

Hot water bottle or heat pad and lots of love. Don't get mad at her, these things hurt like hell and she may say things she doesn't mean. She will appreciate you just for being there for her, but don't crowd her, she feels lousy and needs to be able to wallow in a little self pity. If they are that bad offer to take her to the Drs to see if they can help. Apart from that just carry on being as wonderful as you are.Good luck and thank you from women everywhere!

Aww, how sweet! Buy her a heating pad. Chocolate is nice, but not the best idea for cramps. Just being nice to her would be enough for me, but go to a health food store and buy her some herbal tea (forgot what kind, but they should be able to help you with that)

Hot water bottle always works for my g/friend. I have heard that taking Oil of Evening Primrose (see your local Holland & barrett) can reduce the discomfort of periods, although I could not say for sure if it works. May be worth a few brownie points though - tell her you have done some research!!!

You sound like a very sweet boyfriend!!!!!! {*hint* don't give any female chocolates on there period. When any female is on there period there craving it, but it will just make there cramps worse!} Get her roses (any flowers she really likes) or you can rent a romantic movie so you guys can watch it together. One thing that can help her is soup, especially chicken noddle soup!

Make her a sprint care equipment. purchase some tylenol, a mag, some chocolate, a bag of chips and her famous soda, and a few bubble bathtub, positioned it in a pretty little bucket or something. it is going to all fee below 20 greenbacks in case you save nicely:) believe me this could be a competent thought, it gets you mad play while she is feeling greater advantageous:)

Very sweet that you are so concerned! A hot water bottle, more choccies, some painkillers, running a hot bath for her, tucking her in bed and giving her a back rub!
