Well, if I were a girl, I might go as Penelope Pitstop, a cartoon character from the Whacy Racers. A pink Helmet and some kind of pink Jumpsuit that can pass for a racing uniform

Dress as the heroine in the Pirates of the Caribean movie.
I once knew a guy who went to a party with his face covered in red make up and a mouth full of custard. When people asked him what he came as he would squeeze his cheeks till the custard came out and say 'a pimple'.

A Pizza, Pumpkin pie, Papperzzi, Panda and Pamela Anderson (lol) would all be costumes I would see at a party. They are all original (most of them) and some are quite funny. The Papperazzi would be very interesting and not too hard to create...
