This is a rather unusual question. The more common one is "What is the most ex-Presidents that have been alive at once?" (more on that below)

Now I can't give an answer that depends on a hypothetical of how many FUTURE Presidents are now alive or in the recent past. So we can ONLY include in the list those already elected President.

In that case the there is a four-way tie -- there were four periods of time from the 1820s to 1840s when 18 former, current and future Presidents were alive at once.

1) Oct 4, 1822 (birth of Hayes) to July 4, 1826 (death of J.Adams and Jefferson)

2) Aug 20, 1833 (b.B. Harrison) - Jun 28, 1836 (d.Madison)

3) Mar 18, 1837 (b.Cleveland) - Apr 4, 1841 (d.Wm.H.Harrison)

4) Jan 29, 1843 (b.McKinley) - Jun 8, 1845 (d.Jackson)

(If it matters, the longest stretch would be #3 above. --just over four years.)

Note that this happened in large part because most of these men were either elected for just one term and because of Presidents dying in office. That pattern seems unlikely to be repeated, so even if ALL the Presidents to be elected by 2064 are currently alive it would be difficult to match that record.
------------------------------
Now if you want to know the most EX-Presidents alive at once, again there is a tie. Three times we have had FIVE.

1) Mar 4,1861 (Lincoln inaug) - Jan 18, 1862 (d.VanBuren) -- alive: VanBuren, Tyler, Fillmore, Pierce, Buchanan

2) Jan 20, 1993 (Clinton inaug) - Apr 22, 1994 (d.Nixon)--
Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, G.H.W. Bush

3) Jan 20, 2001 (G.W. Bush inaug) - Jun 5, 2004 (d.Reagan) --
Ford, Carter, Reagan, G.H.W. Bush, Clinton

(Of these the last was by far the longest stretch, at over 3 yrs. 4 mos.)

you cant really count future presidents because the presidency is not a sure thing.. you could have it where somehow the presidents all run and are elected twice.. or you could have it where each guy only has one term.. but you can figure out how many previous presidents are alive at the same time.. the link below pretty much tells you everything or anything you want to know
