EAt some dark chocolate, and go to a pschiatric, and get some depression medications specific for pms! Take hot baths, destress your self, hot green teas, increase the protein in your diet, and more fruits and veggies! Exercise! Play pep music, and if you are a christian, well read the bible, be in prayer, and etc.
For cramps, heating pads on your stomach or back will help.
