well, the question is do want to tell her you like her, or get her to say she likes you. to get her attention make friends with her friends. or have another friend help you, so you can go and sit at her table or hangout with her at lunch. try and make a slight point of standing next to her, telling her importtant things like if you and your friend have a fight, teasing her (in a joking sort of way), and just being nice. girls arent stupid, they can usually tell if you like them. try catching her eye and smiling. the more she sees you, the more she is going to start liking you. give her compliments, like i like your hair, nice shirt (you dont have to go all out on these) when you are starting to get more comfortable, start dropping hints, like asking her friends (and now hopefully your friends) who she likes, and stuff like that. if she starts to get weirded out, or nervous around you, lay off a bit, you dont want to come off to strong. if she ever asks you if you like her SAY SO, dont be all I LOVE YOU just say "I like you, I dont want to ruin our friendship, so if you don't like me back its ok." even if it isnt, say it is, cuz it will be soon. hopefully some of this helped!

Tell her that she is "stunningly Georgeous"....use those exact words. Walk up to her and tell her thos words, really clearly, and just slowly walk away. She will either follow you and start a good conversation or if she is in shock, she will find you later and you will talk. one way or another, there is a 99%chance that everything will fall into place.

Be yourself...whatever that means to you, do it.
Compliment them whenever possible. Notice the little things, like if they change their hair or anything else like that. My gf always likes that. Plus you actually have to like the girl. If you don't then it will definately show.

being a gentleman (opening doors and the like) and being yourself. Do NOT try and be something you are not. That is basically lying and it will bite you in the butt.

*dont be immature
*smile alot
*flirt with her!
*grab her and touch her ( gentaly! )
*make sure you look good
*ignore other people for her everyone in a while
*make her feel special
*get her a present or something small
*ask her to borrow your jacket
* again, allways talk as much as you can
*joke around with her
*laugh with her
*act like shes your best friend
*whisper in her ear ( it works!! )

make them feel special . . . try to catch their eye and when they look then look away. haha make it obvious that YOU like them and be really sweet and ya. They might like you or might not. You can't really control these things though
