Kage (Shadow)
Shikyomaru (shikyo means death and -maru is something you tack at the end of a name. Sometimes it means junior. You can tack -maru to any boy name)
Ryu
Tohru
Tsuki
Jigoku, Makai, Heru (underworld/hell) [i would've added Naraku, but that names taken...>.<]
Most of the names I mention are dark (because I prefer the evil characters in anime). But they can be used as both.

its not the name that makes it good or evil but rather the perseption of the charactor in what is said when the name is mentioned but it does help on meanings of names for instance yoko karama is basicly spirit fox and most cultures consider a fox as sneaky agile and wise and then theres my name wildfire which is unpredictalbe, fast, and destoys and makes anew all things good or bad but can also be said for either good or bad in how it is worded
