Well it's not a soundproof booth, I can tell you that. If I'm going to expend all that energy with a good scream I sure want it to be heard.

The best place to scream is when you're watching a really great scary movie in a full theater, and everyone around you is screaming too.
That's the best kind of scream.

At the peak of a mountain - lots of space for the scream to vent it's purpose!

For me it is my basement and oh it feels so good to just scream at the top of my lungs at the end of a stressful day.

When I am upset or really stressed I scream in the car driving... I make sure I am in a quiet spot. I have done this twice and it does help a lot........

1. into the woods.
2. into your pillow.
3. anywhere where no one can hear you or you'll have something to muffle the noise.
NEVER go to somewhere like the grand canyon--you could cause an avalanche while taking your anger out on the poor inanimate object.

Alone in your car when you are driving. The highway is best cuz there is less of a chance of disturbing anyone. It's good for a crying jag, too, as long as your tears don't cloud you vision.
