I use UPS,,, also Fed X,, I like UPS better.

Either UPS or Fedex (especially with perishables). Don't use USPS on perishables (very bad experience I had with that). Best thing is to go to the websites and compare prices. Also take the shipment to them - or to a third party. I know that Staples has a UPS ship center, and generally the rates are a litte lower than taking them to UPS directly or having them pick it up.

USPS fedex ups dhl all have over night shipping, just package it with dry ice or what every to maintain freshness.
