It's probably going to be average quality. Also, you're not going to have the ability to clean up pops and scratches. The best solution is to buy a good turntable, a good soundcard, and some good editing software like Cool Edit Pro.

This piece of equipment will probably satisfy Joe Blow who just wants to get his old record albums onto CD. I doubt it will be satisfactory to a genuine audiophile.
