If I had £350k to spend I'd live somehwere nicer than West London.

can i be your friend?! well i wouldnt want to live in london if i had that much dosh id be getting a nice house in a leafy woody area. but if you buy with the intention of selling london is the best places as the properties will be hot hot hot in a few years and you will be minted

earls court, chelsea.....pity you have opted for London and only have £350k, we are building 5/6 bedroom dormer bungalows in Cornwall, close to the beaches, shops, schools, transport links, solar power, recycled water, recycled heating.....all from £450k.

well the chavs make houses cheaper so buy one with loads of chavs hanging around it will be like 2 quid
