OMG all the time it drives me nut! Especially when they put words in my mouth!

I would be a terrible poker player. I have a face of a 1000 expressions. I used to get pointed at and others would say to each other "There he is".
I get opinions from kids to grannies. My face must surely say, " Please walk all over me". A tonal voice that scares fragile people.

Then again there are some cultures I am sure are raised and told never to have one facial expression. - it creates wrinkles (true to me), and it ages your face. The same that also has a language that is actually "Tonal". Meaning you can understand the meaning of the word only by the way the tone is used. Very interesting! My problem is I have zero tone voice pitches!. I Could not sing worth anything, so how could I use words with a rising or lowering pitch.

I'm sure it has happened, but I think I am pretty good at conveying body language. Tone of voice, too. Years of working with the public does have some benefits.

Many people seem to misunderstand my facial expressions. One person said that I have a "constipated look" on my face.

People assume i can't be happy if i am not smiling. I can be.

I don't think my tone of voice leads to any misunderstanding, though.

Yes. I don't smile very much in public... until you get to know me... so i look like i am mad a lot (or so i have been told). I don't mean to come off this way. My tone of voice... no one has ever said anything about.

Yes to both. I'm a dangyankee and the southerners expect more 'sweet' in the voice and less 'cool' in the expression.

Frequently, but not so much as my tone of voice... for some reason, I'm always being accused of being sarcastic when I'm actually serious, but when I really am being sarcastic, people believe me. I also cannot tell a lie, or so I'm told, because I apparently sound sarcastic then too. -shrugs-

No, my facial expressions always mirror exactly what I am thinking. It's a good thing that I don't play poker.

All the time.

All the time, most people think I don't like them or I'm a #itch. If I don't know someone very well-I don't talk to them because I don't know them and I have nothing to say-nothing against them I'm just that way and people see me as rude.
