They are allowed to open for 6 hours on a Sunday. Some open 10 am to 4 pm, but many open 11am to 5pm, to catch more trade. The 10 - 4 slot tends to be used by foodshops. It might be an idea to ring one or two of the larger ones (such as Kendals, Debenhams) and find their opening hours, because the smaller shops will probably take their cue from the department stores.

It varies but most are open 11am until 5pm.

Trafford centre opens 12 until 6pm on a Sunday if you like to be stuck in traffic jams

pretty sure the Arndale opens 10am - 4pm
