It's out. It's called "Zune." I have neither an iPod nor a Zune, so I can't tell you how they compare. The review I read seemed critical of MS's Following Apple's Lead and using the hardware as a means to sell media through their online store.

its already out for $249.99. its called the Zune. i dont know if its better than an ipod or not. u gotta check it out urself
