My favorite place in the world to eat is an Italian place called Evaroni's. There's only one in the world. Its in a small town in West Virginia. Its the greatest. As for a place that is a chain, I like Johnny Corinno's pretty well.

There are a few to choose from. For very casual dining it's a little hole in the wall called Tres Hermanos who serve excellent Mexican food.
For medium casual, there's Piccolinos who have excellent Italian.
For formal, there's Cole's Chop House, which is very upper crust and formal with excellent American cuisine.

3-way tie:
Old Bridge Diner, Old Bridge, NJ; LaPorte's Pine Restaurant, Lockport, NY and White Horse Diner, U.S. 30 west of York, PA.
(The latter 2 have great pies, etc. as well as great meals!) But remember, my tastes are pretty simple!
