Bible Banging Businessmen, Batman. You can't be serious.
Every news source has a bias if you rely on any one source then you’re basically simple. I don't normally to preach but this is an opinion piece.
The American news media is truly appalling. The corporations that run the news channels should be less concerned with selling advertising space and more concerned about presenting the facts and unbiased opinions. News should not be determined by the attention it draws but by the impact it has.
FOX has a tendency to rely on second source statistics from interested parties and then provide only the weakest counter argument. Their departure from the raw facts is insidious and betrays their intention to influencing people rather than allowing their viewers to decide for themselves. The only thing worse that the propaganda masquerading as news force fed to America by FOX is the people that actually believe it. Some of the commentary and opinion sections are so ridiculous they should be relegated to the comedy channel. (You get the weirdest looks when you start laughing at the news in an airport). At least everyone knows that the Colbert report is supposed to be funny.
Sure the BBC has had some problems but at least they have a world news section. Their reporters are some of the most respected in the industry and they are willing to provide accurate information from contrary sources.
The short version: Yes.

No. Fox does a very good job of reporting the news. They also give at least two viewpoints to issues.
