I know this is a crude subject but I'd like to know why I'm breaking wind so much today. Whats causeing it?

I mean as much as every 30-60 seconds I've brocken wind, luckly I've been on my own all day else I would have burst.I don't feel bloted like I need to go to the toilet and I never usealy do it this much.
I was Dieting last week and had a bit of a bad day yesterday with the munches but didnt let it get out of control. I hav'nt lost any weight this week.

Am I breaking wind because I'm losing weight?

If you've been trying your best to keep sugar and snacks at a minimum, even the smallest snack eaten after a little while of eating properly can cause you some discomfort. Your body almost "forgets" how to properly digest fats, sugars, starches and salts and gets very "upset", so to speak, when it must all of a sudden break these things down.

Most likely because of what you were snacking on. Raw veggies will do that from time to time as will beans and any kind of legume. Sometimes even some things you may drink can cause it Best plan of action to lose weight is eat lots of raw fruits and veggies with some grains mixed in on the side. Like oatmeal, whole grain bread, rice, barley, etc. Then for protein you can eat some of the legumes as well as nuts are very hign in proteins but don't eat too much as the nuts are also high in fat.

whenever somebody gives their digestive system a break, the intestinal tract goes back to the shape it should be in (it iis folded kinda like an accordian, since it is taking up less space now, it needs to get rid of the extra air. it will stop when it is finished purging itself of air - the only way to stop it is full your gut back up, but that would be stupid (it is temporary)

i think that happens to everyone once in their life.
It has to be something that you ate, like garlic did you have any?
It will pass in time heehaw get it... it will pass.
It must of been your diet. You ate something that is causing it.
Doesn't it feel good not to hold it. lol
