i work at a plumbing company. she called the company requested that she needed to have someone come out to check her plumbing. i get there; she had me in the bedroom for a couple hours doing of unheard of things that not even dogs do.
by the way, my brother does have a nice bed.
When I handed her the bill, she refused to pay until i follow up tomorrow to make sure everything is working ok.

Wow! I think you should talk to your brother and tell him to pay because this is your job, and it could be on the line just because his wife does not want to pay. Do not be afraid stand up and say family is family, but Business is Business! They are no different then any other paying customer! Then tell him you do not own this company! And if you did you would do it for free ( just to butter him up)

Naw! You should pay for it. Then tell your brother what kind of a brother you are. You're about the last thing I'd want for a brother or for an employee for that matter. Does the word "scum bag" come to mind. Oh well probably not.
