Why does the FDA not list nicotine as an addictive narcotic despite tobacco company testimony that says it is the most addictive narcotic in the world?
What is the REAL reason the US govt does not want marijuana legalized? ( They say it is a 'gateway' drug without making or believing that more drug addicts smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol before using marijuana).
What is the real reason Osama has not been found ( dead or alive ) by the highest trained experts in the world using the latest and best hi tech gadgetry money can buy?
I have tons more but I don't know if you think these suggestions are over the top, boring, or even what you are looking for.

Yes, investigate why states are adopting residency restrictions and exclusionary bans for registered sex offenders. Why is there such a moral panic (Stanley Cohen in 1972 came up with concept) over registered sex offenders when the US Department of Justice shows most new sexual crimes cases are committed by people not on the list and that most child sexual abuse cases are committed not by strangers but by trusted adults in the child's life.
Another angle - GPS monitoring of sex offenders and other criminals - how will it be carried out, who will pay, what are the benefits and drawbacks.

Why practically all small stores are owned by foreigners. I believe that the traitors who run America loan the money to these "legal" aliens and take opportunities away from us, the American people.
Also, the corporations, which don't earn money, they only make money, probably get some benefit too out of this treason.

If your state has a sex offender database to keep tabs on the whereabouts of individuals convicted of sex crimes, get ahold of the entire data base (might need to use FOIA). Check to see how accurate and up-to-date the addresses are. Two of my J-students did this. It ended up being the lead story one day in the third-largest newspaper in Illinois.
