I want to do my EE in blackholes too, ur doing IB? I am mainly interested about the singularirty of the blackhole itslef (the center of the blackhole) and quantum gravity which is thought to be the clues for developping an equation which fits both the very big and the very small (joining quantum mechanics and general relativity).

Other examples may be Hawking Radiation as said before or how do blackholes in quasars help the quasars become a galaxy.

But remember if you're doing your EE in Physics for example is not use to simply talk about blackholes and things other physicists did. You have to create an experiment and develop an own theory... It's pretty difficult to do have enough equipment to do an experiment in blackholes and mathematical and physics skills (we're talking about general relativity here, that's around third grade of physics as college)..

Good luck though!

It really depends on what level and what class your talking about. If this is an undergraduate paper or a high school paper. I would suggest looking at some distinct facets of black holes such as.
1. Current black hole detection methods?
2. Hawking Radiation?
3. Information about black hole sizes.. there are thoughts that black holes can range in size from super massive to microscopic.

Hawking Radiation is really interesting. Steven Hawking shows that black holes give off radiation, and would eventually sublimate (melt) away. The problem is that he doesn't think the universe will last long enough to allow this to happen.

Hawking Radiation is interesting, the idea that they will diffuse after a long long while, and give off radition, in which information about what fell into them might even be given off.

There is some stuff about dark matter here:

And yes, it is connected to black hole subject.
