What makes me sing. Well for me it comes naturally, I love to sing, its in me. I sing ay my church and I just love to sing, it makes me happy.

hearing a song I like, or if i am trying to think about positive things instead of nonpostive things. It helps to take my mind of the stuff that is not pleasant
