I'd say dark denim (preferably a skinny jean) and cute black and white shoes. Like Converse.

a pair of white over your knee leggings I think but you should just go to your closet and see what goes with it . and if you find nothing in your closet go to a store into a dressing room and see what goes. because seeing is believing. then you can be sure you made the right choice.

NOOO!! not converse they wouldnt go well. i think maybe a black pair of trouses and boots or 3/4 lenghth black trouses with flip-flops.
