Ok. I'm almost 16 and I'm a C cup.. I'm not fat I just have a full chest... But, my nipples mainly are like weird ... well, the look normal and health but there is like a black dot in the middle of them and sometimes there's a little bump more like an inside pimple or w/e cuz i dont' know how to describe it...
when i take a bath or put lotion it kinda gets smaller... and looks much better...

Could be a zit or just something not to worry about. If you are still worried see a doctor to make sure of what it is that is causing it. sounds pretty small to me.

it sounds pretty normal but if you are concerned, talk with your mom.and see a dr
