It is easy to understand poor liberals. They are simply looking for a handout.

It is easy to understand rich liberals. They have enough money to afford whimsical social policies.

But middle class liberals don't make sense. They have only enough money to support their families properly, but not enough to waste on the lazy. Why do it?

Wait, when did having only enough money to support your family, but not enoguh for others become a sin? Isn't that how 80%+ of the general public is? Conservatives and Liberals are very similiar, as far as how they live, in the middle class, which is currently shrinking at an astonishing rate.

Soon, only the rich and poor will remain.

I believe many of the liberals within the middle class are such due to their affiliation with Unions.
These are honest, hardworking folks who's overall attitudes may be more Conservative yet due simply to their chosen Trade and/or Family traditions they feel beholden to the Unions which are essencially a Socialist extention of the Left.
I know that in New Jersey for example even an independant Plumber is not allowed to do a job without a Union Card.

Why do what? My granddad didn't have a pot to piss in and he was a lifelong, diehard Republican. So were all his poor relations. The rest of the family, the more well off folks, are all Liberal Democrats. Your pigeonhole logic is faulty, at best. I personally never understood poor Republicans like my granddad and his family. They never did anything for him.

Because we deeply care about the well being of all people. Believe it or not, not everyone is selfish.

By the way, financially disadvantaged people are not "lazy," they are poor. Turn your hatefulness into compassion and perhaps, just perhaps, you could make a positive impact in the lives of others.

they have enough sense to realize that the poor aren't lazy and that many programs do work... it's pretty simple... many actually are NOW IN THE MIDDLE CLASS THANKS TO THOSE VERY PROGRAMS... so they are proof themselves that the programs work... so they support them...

why do rich Republicans ask questions about the middle class when they don't seem to know what they are talking about?

Waste on the lazy? WTF planet are you from, would you have grandma's dumpster dive? Would you have the disabled shot? Would you make the laid off worker steal to get by? Where the heck is your sense of decency and morality that's a better question for you to be asking
