Not every Scots person votes for the MacDonald Bros. Why do the English automatically insist that because they are from Scotland Scots folks are going to vote for them, it simply isn't true. It's more likely that the English/Welsh/Irish are voting cos they like their accent, I dunno but please shut up about the Scots voting for the MacDonald lads!

Hi there,
I would say that the Scottish are far more patriotic than say england and the scots will mostly be voting for the two boys who represent their country, but there will also be a fair many who will be voting for their favourite act.
I personally like Ben and because we don't have much rock music around and I also think that ray is very unique and very talented - he is different and this is what we need. swing is great and I think we need some of this in the charts for a change.
I think Leona is very gifted, but we have so many singers like her with the same sound going on that I can't warm to her voice because to me it is like listening to all other R&Bs out there and she will be just another same sounding artist as good as she is.
I think the combination of Ben and Ray is what we need in the charts, they are jivey and variable in their sound and they won't be a stereotype unlike some of the boy bands and leona who will be another beyonce for example. The Macdonald brothers are okay but they are more folk-music and would have to break out of their mould to be really different, though I much prefer them to the ones who cannot sing at all.
We are such a lovely multicultural society, that we vote for who we like and I think there is just as many english as scots voting for the macdonald brothers.

I think that the McDonald Bros. are good. They dont deserve the comments that Simon gives them every week. I think the more Simon puts them down the better they become every week. I've voted for them every week since the comp started. FYI I'm a WELSH Voter. Go For it Boys.

ok, but how do you know that alot of the scots arent voting for them!?? they might be you never know! they might have the highest percentage of votes for the mcdonald brothers you dont know!
