Rosie was wrong and eager to jump to conclusions.
I didn't catch what Kelly said to Clay about it all. I think he was clueless as to anything he did wrong. As for him placing his hand over her mouth, I do think it is not proper to do that. No one wants to have someone else's hand over their mouth. It's not clean.

1. Rosie was wrong. Kelly was right to let her know that her "View" was way out of line saying that Kelly was homophobic just because she doesn't like someones germ filled, probably sweaty hand all in her mouth. Give me a break Rosie!
2. Clay was wrong, but not on purpose. I'm sure he was just nervous and couldn't think of a way to shut Kelly up quick enough and picked the wrong method. He should not have put his hands on Kelly's mouth! Any hand in your mouth unless invited such as a dentist or doctor is a serious invasion of personal space.
3. I don't think Kelly was wrong about her reaction or what she said to Clay. I don't want my four year old putting his hand in my mouth and at this point am pretty sure he's not gay but I don't know where his hands have been all the time either! lol

1. Kelly Rippa is a cute little ditzy bubbley chick, even though she's 38 years old... great sense of humor... she embraces her femininety and that's really great, I'd bone her in a second!
2. Rosie O'Donell is very crass and rude, aswell as disgusting, she should not have called Kelly a homophobe. Somebody needs to stick a fork in rosie, cause she's DONE.
3. Clay shouldn't have put his hand over Kelly's mouth. That was totally inappropriate.

1) Kelly Ripa over-reacted to Clay putting his hand over her mouth. It was a mild joke. She later told Regis it was inappropriate.
2)I am sure that Clay didn't appreciate being outed by Rosie, he has never discussed his sexuality. Rosie went a little far assuming that Ripa's remark was "homophobic"
3)Clay seems to have gotten over it, everyone else should. If I were him I would never host with Kelly again. She was kinda being a b***h.

1. most of all Rosie was wrong to call Kelly that...I mean come on, she wasn't being a homophobe, and Rosie must be insecure about being gay
2. Clay shouldn't have put his hand over her mouth on live t.v. while she was talking...very childish
3. I think she would have said that to anyone just trying to be funny

Rosie O'Donnell is just so sensitive about anything gay related. She is a very angry gay lady that is for sure. I will take Kelly Ripa's side on this one.

rosie was right on the mark. but she didnt call kelly a "homophobe", she said her REMARK was.
look at kellys body language and the sarcastic jerk tone she used when she said it. she should have explained right then that it was "cold and flu season" like she used for her excuse later.. i mean, shes a talk show host, its her JOB to be explained and well spoken.
plus, they were snippy with each other the whole show. she said that with snotty intentions.
kelly was rude, but clay had been rude also. it was just a babyish stupid situation where two biznatches got diva on each other. (that being clay and kelly!)

Rosie went a little overbored.
Kelly could have waited for a commercial break
Clay was rude to even do that.

Rosie is a hertophobia.she thinks every heterosexual is out to get every homo.Kelly was right to tell clay Aiken to get his hands from her mouth.its just unsanitary to put your hands over someone's mouth especially if you just got finished shaking a whole bunch of other people's hands.
