If you mean can you publish a previously published "poem" with the cheesy on line publishers or vanity publishers, I have no idea. That is NOT real publishing, it just appeals to the ego. REAL publishing is something entirely different and REAL publishers of REAL books that REAL people read don't publish poetry much these days. The copyright is held by you unless other arrangements have been made prior to the publication, but again, I am talking REAL publishing not this dumb on line stuff you kids are into. Again, that is merely vanity publishing to assuage your ego.

Of course you can there is no problem with publishing a poem more than once. If you do it over you should add something new, or type it in a different way, but there is no problem with publishing a poem more than once.

I might be wrong so don't quote me. Ive had poems published and I had to sign to say before they published them that they would not appear in print anywhere else. Check the small print on your contract the first time it was published.
