I'm 20, and I don't drink or like to party. I'm not very good at socializing so I don't really have any friends there. I didn't keep in touch with my highschool friends (there was only a couple of them). I've been there for 2.5 years, I live at home, and that's about it.

why don't you try joining a group like the college paper or a team? something that helps you and others meet new people. just make sure it's something you like, if it isn't then you wouldn't make friends that you would want to hang out with.

Once I was arrested for nothing. I was in Jail for several days before seeing a judge because of the Holiday. Now in Jail they smoked non stop. I don't smoke and I hate cigarettes. So I bought up all the cigarettes. No one could smoke unless they bought from me. I sold them at a very high price. I tripled my money before I was released. Remember I was in for nothing so I was released when they discovered the error. I turned 15 dollars into 45 bucks. I was everyones best buddy.
My point is you need to control the alcohol or the party substances. The stuff you don't use. Suddenly you will be in control and popular. You can't partake like they do. You have to remain aloof. Girls will love you guys will look up to you. Sure they are fake friends but who cares as long as you have money.
Oh yea it's better to have a few real friends then a bunch of phonies. So if you want those you need to just get to know people and see if you can help them. When you give you get.

ok well since u dont like to party or anything, maybe join a club or study group or some sort of activity at your college. maybe find somebody to room with instead of living at home. and just be confident and try to be interesting and nice to talk to. and if your cute you shouldnt have a problem, lol

FInd some people that are nice but not too popular and invite them over to watch a good action movie. I suggest "We Were Soldiers" Good action scenes and a story line that isn't confusing.
