Are there any "blackmarkets" where you can buy designer bags for super cheap in downtown chicago?

No black markets here because they're illegal and most of the stuff you buy isnt exactly top quality stuff. If you're proficient in knowing your designers well you'll know a fake from the real deal. Just go ahead and invest the money in a legitimate product don't be a cheapskate and settle for the knockoffs.

None specifically - they're illegal here - but you could try the Maxwell Street Market, which is on Roosevelt Road just east of Maxwell on Saturdays and Sundays. There's some odd cheap knockoffs there, but you won't find the wide selection of stuff you can get on the street in New York.
