What city/state has the highest population. I'm interested in meeting some. There are some in Atlanta but I was wondering what is the city with the highest population

I'm sorry, bud, can't help you there. I have no idea, and a quick Google search doesn't tell much, either- probably because there really are no good demographics on transsexuals. I know that there seems to be a high number in Thailand and Southeast Asia, for some reason, but I doubt you want to go there just for that! I suppose the best places would be near really good, renowned gender reassignment clinics and doctors who specialize in that, because it naturally draws people near to get their surgeries/consultations/etc. done. And, of course, the more liberal, less right-wing religious, and more open-minded the state, the better, as well as the more urban the area (since it's sometimes easier to get lost in a sea of faces or start new in a big city). But remember that they're everywhere- you just have to find them!

How do you mean. If you mean raw numbers then New York or L.A. would have the highest. They have the most people. But where it is open and excepted, well San Fran or Savannah, Ga.
