Both ! Orkies and Spacemarines seem good choices. Orkies are good in strategizing. Spacemarines are relenless soldiers.
Orky culture and military tactics are loosely based on those of the Scottish Highlanders. They are seen by their enemies (everyone else) as savage, warlike and crude
As for the spacemarines, they are barely human at all, but superhuman, having been made superior, in all respects, to a normal man by a harsh regime of genetic modification, psycho-conditioning and rigorous training.

I'm a Space Marine fan by far. Orks are fun, but the discipline and honor of the Space Marines(along with the cool armour and weapons =P) is why I love them. On the financial side, a sizeable army of Space Marines is quite cheap since you don't need nearly as many of them as you do Orks.
