quick question..what was with those bugs coming out of Coffey's mouth evertime he cured someone?

I don't think they were actually any sort of bug, they were a representatioon of the disease he was curing, they "flew" out of the diseased person, and "flew" into his...

I'm not quite sure. I don't think they were supposed to be bugs. I know when he open his mouth, and they came out, he was expelling the sickness he took from that person. When he sends them into Percy, he all of a sudden becomes delusional, just like the Warden's wife was.

that was the bad stuff he was inhaling from the person he was healing.he was taking away all their pain
