I have the new Sims 2 game holiday edition and I need help installing it?

Every time I try to install it something comes up saying I need to type the entire code on the white box in the lower left on the back but the game didn't come with a white box!!! any ideas?

All of my sims 2 games have the 20 digit code on the back of the instruction manuel. Try looking at the back of the instruction leaflet at the bottom in the white box.
