Do big hip circles, first to one side then the other, then stand with feet shoulder width apart and touch toes, reach both hands to one side, then the other, then reach down to touch toes on both feet, say "toes" then come up a little, touch your knees, say "knees" then come up a little more, touch your chest, say "chest" then touch your head, say "nut" then reach over head, say "trees" Now do all of this movement together and as you touch, say "toe's knees chestnut trees" :)

Do isolations. Try to move only on part of your body at a time while keeping everything still.

Just do stretches. Like toe touches and lunges. But not too many or you might be sore.

try bending down and touching your toes and rotate your hps and do normal stretches
