It is normal for men to experience bouts of loss of sexual desire. Both sexes occasionally lose interest in sex for a variety of reasons.
If a person is experiencing a loss of libido, they are suffering from a form of sexual dysfunction.
This type of sexual dysfunction, however, is rarely caused solely by a chemical imbalance in the body and is therefore something that can easily be resolved by making simple lifestyle changes or adding certain supplements to one's diet.
Before taking any supplements make sure that the cause is not related to any other underlying Physical & Psychological factors.
1.Yohimbe: a chemical substance derived from the Yohimbe extract, is actually a prescribed medicine for sexual dysfunctions. It may help men achieve erection by increasing blood flow to the penis and acting as a stimulant.
There are some side effects of yohimbe that you should be aware of. These include increased anxiety, sleeplessness, and mood swings.
2.Ginkgo biloba - 240mg daily (usually a 24% extract) can produce improvement in 6 months or fewer.
3.L-arginine -while not an herb, is a naturally occurring amino acid present in food.
The dose can range from 1 to 3gm with meals, or up to 15gm about 45 minutes before sexual activity. Arginine is not recommended if you have diabetes, arthritis, cancer, shingles, herpes I- (fever blisters, cold sores) or herpes II.
4.Ginseng ( panax or Siberian )

Hello why not try the following and they are cheap to buy and safe.
1) Buy a Rose Quartz Crystal (or a Rose Quartz Cluster) and place these beside your bed where your partner sleeps. Rose Quartz is the crystal of Love, Friendship and Passion.
If you have never seen one before Its a pink in colour and comes in alsorts of sizes. Prices range from as little as £0.75p upwards.
2) Buy an oil burner these are also cheap. Buy either, VETIVER OIL which is for sexual insecurities. BLACK PEPPER OIL treats impotence and sexual disharmony. JASMIN OIL Deeply relaxing, sensual, for sexual disharmony and anxiety.
Just burn a few drops of your chosen oil in the burner.
If no luck with this technique you may need to talk to your partner about seeing a doctor as he may have a deeper problem.

I take a "once a day" drink that contains Taurine, which is an essential amino acid. It helps with cardiovascular disease, including high blood pressure. There are also other herbs included in this single serving such as maca root (boosts libido, sexual function, and overall energy) and green tea among others. This is an all around good drink that contains vitamins as well.
It also helps with mental clarity, physical performance, fatigue,. deppression and contains antioxidants.
If you e-mail me, I can get you information on how to get this product. It's very inexpensive as well.

Cayenne pepper in addition to cinnamon will dilate blood vessels. It doesn't work instantly however, but it will work over time. The cayenne pepper capsules is available in a cool kind at health food stores and is gentler to the stomach. Niacin (a 'b' vitamin) will also help. In the meantime you might try some porn.

Several herbal remedies have been used to boost libido in men:
Horny goat weed (Epimedium grandiflorum)
Puncture vine (Tribullus terestis)
Zallouh root (Ferula hermonis) - also known as "Lebanese viagra".
Saw palmetto (Serrenoa repens)
Damiana (Turnera diffusa)
They do need some time to be effective - not instant like viagra.
BTW Yohimbe is banned in the UK due to side effects - heart attacks!

Make sure he is NOT drinking Aspartame or eating it in any form - like chewing gum or Yoghurts.
Aspartame kills off the seratonin, the happy hormone. Make life a misery and ruins Libido.
In men and women.
Get him to drink Aloe Vera Drinking Gel. Reet grand stuff!
