Honestly, all cell phone companies have about the same minutes for the same amount of money a month, phones cost about the same and do the same things, and most of the coverage is the same. The key things that you are going to look for in your new wireless company are discounts that may be available to you depending on where you work (military folks get about a 15-20% discount off of their bills on most wireless carriers), the coverage in that area, coverage in places that you are going to travel, and customer service (from word of mouth). Sprint has usually the worst customer service.... TMobile has always been ranked the best.

If you are a person that does not care about customer service, then it just really depends on the coverage and discounts.

I've worked for them all..... Verizon Wireless, TMobile, Nextel & Sprint, Cellular One, and now Cingular. The types of customer complaints that I've seen have been the same across the board. Dropped calls, shot phones, too long of contracts, plans being "too high," overage, etc. SSDD (same sh!t different day).... I live in the midwest and the coverage in my area are all the same. It's customer care and overall cusotmer satisfaction that's the kicker.... and billing! I had more people confused about their Sprint bill than any other wireless carrier I worked for. It almost seems as if Sprint is TRYING to confuse customers with their billing.

I hope this helps!

Verizon might be but beware of Cingular they are Thiefs they will charge you for things you never did like for instance they charged me so many times with downloading images & ringtones via mobile internet when I even did not have mobile internet because I wanted them to shut my internet right away at the ppurchase of the phone,..or when my 2 year contract was almost up they added $30+ dollars to my mobile bill.THIEFS

Verizon is great, except, they dont have GSM, or whatever it is, we had considered it but, we didnt not want to have GSM, I've been with Cingular, and they're pretty okay, I had thier service when At&t merged with them, like I said, it wasnt great but it was okay, although they have some great phones now. Currently, I am with T-mobile, and Im pretty content, as they also have some nice phones ex. Sidekicks and etc.

Go with the company that has the best COVERAGE in your area. In Gr Rapids Michigan I had too many dropped calls through Sprint 3 yrs ago; so I switched to Verizon....no problems .

Verizon on the spot is the superb. they have the main stable community. you have 15 days to purpose their service, you're able to desire to even substitute out a telephone in case you elect to in that 15 days. they have super shopper service over the telephone or in the shops and in case you have a issue you get it resolved immediately. I even have had 3 distinctive cellular agencies and that they are the superb all around.

Well yeah it all depends. Um what ever you do, DO NOT go with sprint! Please trust me on this one. I work for them. I get more ****** up bills and the stores adding **** that people never asked for. Oh and if you go pay at the store in cash some of them will just pocket the money. I would never ever have sprint, even with the discount. I happen to have Alltel. I like them.
